I. Equipment part:

1.Packaging machine (11-18 according to ganzhou Tonglian rare earth company style production) :

Polishing powder particle size (≤10um≈1250 mesh)-(≥0.25um≈50000 mesh), bulk specific gravity: 0.7-1T/m3, real specific gravity: 5.8t /m3, liquidity: general.

1. The packing machine is equipped with a bin with a volume of 0.10m3 and a soft connecting tube (specifications to be notified by the demander);

2. Packing weight 1-5kg/ package;

3. The packing speed is 2-3 bales /min;

4. Packing bag dimensions width: 5kg height 450mm x 300 mm 1kg height 250mm x 180 mm thickness: 0.09mm

5. Packaging accuracy ≤5g (average value of 100 packages);

6. With cleaning cover;

7. Vibration motor under weighing plate.

8. With manual cleaning material port.

9. The discharging port is equipped with double-clicking vibration device.

10. The material of the whole machine is 304 stainless steel, the appearance of the processing parts requires polishing treatment, and the material of the appearance is mirror 304 stainless steel. All parts of the packing machine shall be installed in the upper cover of the machine, and no parts shall be exposed.
